June is here! Yippie. I can't believe how fast this year is going, nor how fast little miss Raven is growing. She is such a sweet child. Already have a few for June, so I am starting it early. But remember, check back because I will be adding to this page. {cn} 6.9.2006

Check out this face when I commented on her bathing suit cover up skirt! I don't think she liked my laughing at how cute she was.
I chased her down to get another one, without the frown.
It's the first weekend past Memorial Day and the pool is open! Britene had to work this day, but she had been waiting weeks on the pool to open.
It's not a long walk down to the pool at their new apartment. Raven will hold your hand if you ask.
I fell back to snap a picture of Mother and Daughter heading to the pool.
Before getting wet, they took in some sun... you know, to warm up first.
Going to get off the chair, so I have to put my shoes on. Man is she anal about those shoes!
Britene got in, but it was pretty dang cold.
Okay, trying to convince Raven to get in. She doesn't look convinced, does she?
She talked her Mom into letting her down so she could play the game of "I'll throw it, you go get it".
Her Mom splashed her. Look at that wild-wind-messed-out hair! Notice it is getting lighter? More time outside...
Okay, so this is fun. You get wet, I will stay up here.
It took some convincing, but Britene managed to get Raven in the water.
Exploring everything inside the fence.
Laughing at the wind blowing in her face.
Attempting to give me a high five - or perhaps it was a low five.
Jabber jabber... she was really talking some "stuff".
Very very busy with the new shovel. Rocks to move, sand to dig up... you know...
Her toys weren't real enough I guess, she had to get out the mop to clean up the mess the rocks made.
Hey, this was one of those pictures I couldn't resist.
She is such a big help now. I asked her to throw my Redbull can away. This is the return trip. She was so single minded about the whole thing.

Aunt T, Ta-Ta, Jim, Tanya, Matt, Sara, Brandon, Britene and Glenn and I had a baby shower for Tallen. Thanks everyone for coming up!

Raven blows kisses. Not sure if T was to, or moving a stray hair off her face. Either way, it was too cute.

Britene found one of the candy dishes I put out and Raven came over to investigate. Glenn put her hair up for the day.
When Mom moved the candy dish away, little miss threw herself in the floor for a quick fit.
Ta-Ta and Raven played with Raven's new wood puzzle.
As Britene opens the presents, Raven inspects each one.
Look, it matches the bedding. Raven is still busy with the last gift so she is behind.
Raven plays with a truck of Tallen's while the girls share a moment.
Glenn swoops in for a kiss. Raven is happy to help.
Asked about her own toys, Raven goes and gets her little "baby" doll, they have been practicing "being gentle" with the baby. Raven plants a kiss that would probably have brother hollaring!
Oops, Raven has discovered a new purse! Quick, Aunt T, get these things out of my new purse!
Tallen got a hat, but you know little Raven and hats!
Ta-Ta got Raven her very own picture album so she can carry around pictures of those that love her.
The girls just chat after all the gifts are open.
Aunt T got a big kick out of Raven prissing with her new picture book.
Close up of that hat on her head. Pretty dang cute.
She is showing off a picture of her PaPa and her Daddy together. She already recognizes people so the picture album was just in time!
Raven did a fly-by of the cake and managed a swipe while no one was looking.
Changing shoes so she can play outside. No sandles because of the little tiny rocks in my yard.
The Rogers Family, June 17th, 2006. A little too much sun on them, so I moved them for another picture.
Save this one to your machine and print it out if you like. This is for all the family memembers near and far.
With Ta-Ta's help, Raven learned to put something in her pocket to carry it. She was pretty happy.
Ta-Ta moves in for a quick hug during Raven't trip to show her Mommy the water in the pocket trick.
She has some new furniture all her own.
One nice thing about 20 months, she is easy to entertain.
Raven says a big thank you for the chair.
Or maybe it was for the popsicle! She loves frozen anything. Popsicles, fudge bars, ice cream!
I think it feels good on the gums. Her canine teeth are coming in.
Giving us a big grin. There are times (like this one) that she looks more like her Daddy.
Daddy and Raven hang out while Mommy snaps pictures. Thanks Mom!
Sweet-sweet baby hugs. Who can resist?
Raven is going in for a kiss. Look at that concentration.
Okay, time for a pool run, where her new "purse" comes in handy.
Raven spends some time talking to brother.... hugging and kissing and chatting him up. He will arrive KNOWING who his big sis is.
She is being so gentle with Tallen and Mommy.
Glenn and Raven doing a little mugging.
Raven and her hats. Whether they fit or not!
Dressed for an outting. She is styling now!
Look at that tongue. She also loves her new indoor furniture.
Someone is getting a little tired. But oh what a sweetie.
