April has come and gone and I missed it! Have spent most of my time in Texas (as you all well know) and had the camera with me until my return trip a week ago. This means there are only a few pictures in April, although Britene promises she is taking pictures while I am gone. Until then... here is what I took when I went home.

UPDATE (May 21st, 2006): Hey, I took pity on you folks with dailup, and reworked all the pictures on this page to reduce the load time. I will use this method on all future pages and will (as time allows) rework the previous pages so it loads a little snappier for you.

Update (June 9th, 2006): Added two new pictures to the bottom of the page. Found them in the camera when I got home.

Here Grandma Nay, put your shoes on and let's go OUTSIDE!

Thank you! See how pleased I am when you do things my way?

Well, what are you waiting on....

Spin me. Spin me. Spin me. Oh, and did I say... spin me!

Yikes, more please. I am sure there is something she like more than spinning around in the office chair, but I don't know what it is.

I see you looking at me, why aren't you spinning me? Actually, she was requesting the bink which I had in my pocket. I think she was getting sleepy.

I took her outside to visit the garden. She promptly sat down and started tugging her hair (a sure sign she is sleepy, so I was right). She was entranced with the little statue in the garden though.

She is not quite sure what to make of the Budda in the yard.

Where is the Budda's nose? Here it is!

I asked her where her nose was... notice this look. Like "how dumb can Grandma Nay be if she doesn't know where my nose is?!?"

Stopped for a break and a little "Granny Apples" which are one of her favorite fruits. That large spill down her shirt front was MY fault. I didn't get the lid of the sippy cup on right. Boy, was she pissed at me.

Just taking her ease, munching apples. Glenn, sorry, she wouldn't let me hold the bink while she ate.

She was trying to push the water onto the floor! Notice the grin. She almost succeeded.

What, I have to get out NOW?

Okay, 5 more minutes, please??

She really enjoys bath time (unlike Britene at that age). Mom and Dad look on while she poses with her hair done up.

Well, she says... are you going to rinse it?
