Glenn Sr. comes for a visit

All the way from Idaho, Glenn and Kim drove in to see the newest member of a large family on the Rogers side. They got to spend a couple of days with their Granddaughter on November 12th (her due date) and 13th. A couple of those pictures are shown below. You have to know that we took dozens though...

Glenn Sr, trying to make Raven smile for the camera. I could have told him it wouldn't work. =)

Raven lays in Glenn Sr's lap while Tiny Tina and Kim (Glenn Sr's wife) look on. Grandpa looks pretty pleased with his granddaughter, doesn't he? Getting him to smile was almost as hard as getting Raven to smile. =)

It is one day past her due date and look how alert and wide eyed she is. Her Mom was holding her and cooing - while she watched intently. Even Grandma Nay snapping pictures of her didn't interrupt her concentration.

Glenn Sr sneaks in for a quick kiss on the head. Raven doesn't seem to notice. Remember, Raven can sleep anywhere.

While Glenn's Dad was down, he got a chance to burp Raven -- which is a real challenge some days. Tina looks on as someone across the room is eating - typical. I think "Grandpa" is a little in awe of his new Granddaughter -- what do you think?

Raven got to wear a new outfit for this family excursion to the bowling alley. Glenn Sr, Kim, Glenn Jr, Britene and Raven went the night before as well. Although she got all dressed up, she didn't stay awake long enough to even make it to the bowling alley. Unlike the night before, Saturday night was BUSY, so after one game, we all left.

Okay, so this picture wasn't taken during their visit, but isn't it cute? It was in the camera from when I left it with the kids and I hadn't had a chance to download it yet. Her Dad must have been "styling" her hair again since he likes the "mohawk" look. Peepaw probably would agree with him, huh Dad?
