Tallen: October 2006

Tallen still sleeps a lot, so don't be surprised at the number of "sleeping-baby" pictures during this month. We also haven't been using the camera as much the last few days as we have been busy with house hunting, seeing properties and babysitting Tallen. Yes, I know this means I *should* be taking MORE not LESS but hey... he sleeps a lot!

	Though normally a very calm child, Tallen can very upset if dinner is late. Here is a case in point.
	He holds his hand against the bink so he doesn't lose it.
	It looks like a smile, but it was really a poop. What can I say? I'll photograph anything.
	Like Raven before him, he loves the blanket up around his face. In fact, the more you can make it feel like he is laying on a person, the better he sleeps.
	Awake and talking to me. He smiles and laughs now and has a tickle-spot
	A little more serious, but this picture really shows the color of his eyes. Blue-blue-blue.
	Just laying around cooing to himself.
	Oops, up a while now, so it's time for a nap.
	Tallen enjoys watching boxing, if you can find it on. And in his car seat please so he has a good view!
	Couldn't resist the side profile which shows a hairline that matches Dad.
	It's the 19th, and THIS outfit is already tight on him today, but look at it on the 5th!

	A little tummy time
	When he sleeps, he likes having something touching his head. The more you make him think you are holding him, the better off you are.
	Tosha gives us a great big smile on command. Tallen seems interested in this process.

	What a wonderful young woman Tosha has become. I remember when SHE was this size! Damn. I must be getting old!
	I guess the weather here is a little chillier than Dallas 'cause Mom couldn't resist a warm jacket outside. (Notice the residents in short sleeves!?!)
	He is kind of squirmy at this age, so Tosha has to adjust his blanket after a few minutes.
	Everyone is content now.
	Glenn and Britene, Amantha and Colt, and Sara and Dryrck also came up that night but it was "Britene's night" to visit so Glenn had his hands full. The baby on the left is Athen, youngest son of Colt and Amantha.

	Hey Mom, you missed a spot. Notice the eye contact they maintain? He loves his Mommy.
	Snuggled into the bath towel getting dry, almost as much fun as getting wet.
	Raven is getting to hold brother often now. They both seem to enjoy it.

	Tallen was at my house and steady calling for someone! Nap time is over, it's time to play!
	Snuggled in with Gran during her recent visit. He was pretty content.
	Mom, Sue and I couldn't resist outfitting him with some big boy shoes, just for grins.
