Britene and Glenn threw Raven a birthday party in the park with friends, family, pizza, cake and ice cream. This page tries to capture the fun we had.

Glenn and Dryrck watch as Raven climbs her way up to the slide. I stepped back to give the *Rocket* some scale. I still couldn't include the TOP of the thing. It soars 30+ feet in the air.

Hi Grandma Nay!

Seeing how far she has to go yet. It's a long way up ladders!

Josh ran up the outside of the slide since he couldn't squeeze under the portal opening and took Raven down the slide.

Leaving Britene to slide down herself!

Back up again, what fun.

She paused to rest with the help of Mom.

Wow, that sure is a LONG way up!

Watching another little boy climb ahead

Waving to the camera before the ride down the slide

Took some panning shots to show the small groups enjoying being together. Hi Sara, Jenny, Tosha and Joshua.

It's past nap time and Raven was a little grumpy, so Mommy said she could have a piece of cake. Tracy makes a good chair and is helpful in helping her get up.

What birthday picture is complete without the chocolate cake on the face

Okay, all done, let's move it back.

It's time to open up presents!

Tracy hands them out and Raven watches Britene read the cards.

Now it's Tosha's turn to help with the presents while Raven plays us a song on her new toy.

Raven throws paper while Tracy tried to help.

I found a warm costume that is a body suit. It's a Unicorn complete with wings that attach to her arms.

And since Aunt Les got her such great boots (which ANY two year old loves as we all know), I felt a cowboy hat was in order. I wanted to get her 6-guns as well, but Britene wasn't impressed.

Ooops, double wrapped the hat!

The hat was a hit.

We were trying to get her to pose with the hat and say cheese, but she was more interested in the next present.

Ahh, a musical book complete with it's own CD player.

Raven wasn't the only one that thought this was really cool.

I was trying to capture the look on Raven's face for this toy, but Britene moved the box right in front of her, it was pretty priceless though. This toy was definitely a hit.

In fact, she can't take her eyes off one of her TV favorites.

Britene was busy visiting, so Raven just checked out the new Doodle Pro, which is an old Etch-a-scetch on steriods and high-tech.

Raven was just enjoying all the attention, gifts and funny antics from the adults around her. She had a blast.

Damen gets the gift he was giving Raven from his Mom while Raven watches.

Pretty cool, her very own troll to make wishes on.

Almost all the presents are unwrapped, and Raven is trying to decide what to play with first.

The Ultimate Book, complete with marker and grid lines to help her reproduce the Princess drawings and accessories.

Aunt T was back to helping give out the gifts. Raven has to reach some.

Ah! It's a puppy, no, it's a purse! How cute was this gift from *Ta-Ta* (Tosha). Inside was her very own cell phone.

Which she promptly opened and answered with a very cute "Hello?"

Britene is thankful for the cell phone, she hopes this means her's won't keep disappearing!

Raven wouldn't put the phone down for several minutes... some kind of record for a two year old with all these gifts in front of her.

They even tried to interest her is other toys. Nope.

Got to answer this call Mom, hang on a minute.

Finally talked into opening another gift.

(Oops, the long hours, intense training schedule and an infant at home are catching up with Britene). Raven opens another gift. She made out like a bandit.

Oops, have to take this call Aunt T, I will open it in a minute.

Tracy hands Britene the gift from them. BooBoo picked out the sweater, and Josh and Aunt T added the blouse and slacks to match.

What a beautiful sweater.

The last gift from Mom and Dad was a trike which she loved.

BooBoo takes her out for a spin cause she doesn't yet understand about peddle power. Where's the go-button Mommy?

Lifting her feet to help out.

Grandma Nay got her gloves, knee pads and elbow pads for her new means of transportation. Gotta keep her safe. The backpack they came in was a huge hit! She wore or carried it the rest of the day.

Trying to peddle it herself while Tosha watches.

Your feet go here Honey, like this.

Daddy took a turn pushing her up and down the Ramada

He had to stear it a little cause she was pretty busy watches everyone else and not where she was going.

Beep-Beep Damen, coming through.

The adults watching the trike action.

Pretty soon, it was Damen's turn to ride and Raven wanted to push. This become the new fun thing to do. One trip up and down the Ramada, and then it was time to switch drivers.

Oops, power slide in the dirt as he turned it around for Raven's turn.

Aunt T helps with the stearing on this run.

Damen likes to drop to his knees and slide the last few feet. He thought that was pretty cool.

Tuckered out from all the bike riding, and the kids stop and enjoy some birthday cake to recharge the batteries. Raven didn't want to take off the pads and gloves.

Okay, all done, let's go!

It's on to the playground for some fast paced action on the fort.

Hi Mommy - I see you!

What Aunt T? Can I go down now?

Aunt T and Raven play on the fort.

Back at the Rocket, it's time for Mommy to take Raven down the slide.

Aunt T even took a turn sliding down, which Raven thought was pretty funny. Telling Aunt T to hold her arms up, she demonstrated with one arm herself.

Raven opens the gate for BooBoo and Aunt T.

At my house that night, she got to play with some of the toys she couldn't play with at the park. Another big hit was the Mr Potatoe Head collection. Notice the backpack on over her PJ's?

So many choices, where are the feet?

Close up of my little angel enjoying the challenge of making him look right. One attempt had three arms, one ear, two mouth's and a set of eyes. Pretty funny Raven.

Notice he has three arms, and a nose where his ear goes?
