Britene and Glenn got married the day after Thanksgiving at Tracy's house. It was a little unorganized but turned out well. They accomplished what they set out to -- they are married and all three now have the same last name. Britene was a lovely bride and Glenn was a handsome groom. Raven -- of course -- was a beautiful member of the wedding party. Please be patient while these pictures load, there are a few.

Cameron -- could have used you here to plan this thing!

Before the ceremony begins, Glenn takes a minute to pose with Damen, Colt and Amatha's son. Someone else caught him holding Raven about the same time, but it is a regular photo, not digital. Trying to locate a scanner so I can add it.
While we wait on the women folk to finish getting ready, Jim, James, Colt and Amatha watched a little of the Cowboy game. Damen didn't appear too interested.
The music is queued up, camera are placed all over the house and we are almost ready. The wedding trio posed together while Raven was awake. We were afraid we wouldn't get another shot like this.
Glenn and James are setup and ready. We are just waiting on the wedding party to arrive.
The best man (Colt) and maid of honor (Amatha) join us on the deck. Colt is one of Glenn's best friends. They live in the same apartment building, just above Glenn and Britene.
Jim escorts Britene out. When she asked him if he would give her away he said -- "Of course"
James asked "who giveth this woman", and Jim did a beautiful job of not crying during his answer. I couldn't have done it.
Britene gives Glenn a ring.

You may now kiss the bride. At this point, I was crying so hard I missed it. Thankfully, Tracy was running the digital camera so we got the shot. I am not sure how the cam-corder tape I shot turned out. I guess I will get to see it when I return from California in mid December.
Glenn wipes a tear while the wedding party mills around congratulating each other.
The happy trio stop to pose for a picture. They are now "officially" a family.
James displays the wedding certificate while Britene and Glenn pose for several camera holders.
Probably the hardest part of any wedding is maintaining your smile while dozens of pictures are taken. I am sure all they wanted to do was go change clothes and eat.
Glenn and Britene display their rings and the bouquet.
Steven held Raven most of the day. Here - Britene is showing him her ring.
Damen and Raven attempt to share the chair. Raven looks as if she is saying -- "Hey, move over and stop hogging the seat". Damen was calm throughout this attempt.
After changing clothes, they slow down enough to cut the cake. It is now almost 2:30pm and the sun is coming in full strength.
They even managed to eat their traditional "first bite" without getting it all over each other.
I did prepare, purchase and "present" some food. Surprised? Cameron would have done it MUCH better but I had to wing it. Thanks to Tracy, Vicki, and Patty for all their wonderful help in getting it all together.
About 3:00pm, the limo arrived to take them up to their "honeymoon retreat" in Payson. Sorry -- I forgot rice to throw. I bet Britene is happy about that little oversight.
Before pulling out, they both stopped for a final picture. Is it just me, or do Glenn and Britene seem extremely pleased?
